Absolutely pathetic service and unacceptable experience. We waited over 35-40 minutes just for a simple order – one parantha, naan, and paneer sabzi. Shockingly, a server came a few minutes after we ordered, asked if we had ordered a parantha, and then took it away and left it sitting on the server’s table.

When our food finally arrived half an hour later, it was the same cold parantha that had been lying there all along. Upon raising our concern about the cold food, the server didn’t even acknowledge the issue, let alone offer a solution.

We decided to walk out without eating, and what was even more disappointing is that no one even apologized or tried to make things right.

Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. If negative stars were an option, that’s exactly what they’d deserve. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place...
