Naini Corbett — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I visit Nainital/Almora/Haldwani or Bazpur almost every 6 months or at least once a year. I had been looking for a decent sit-down restaurant in the area for a long time until my folks recommended Hotel Naini Corbett. Its location is accessible if you are traveling from Delhi to Haldwani/Nainital or Corbett national park. If you just want a pit stop for lunch/dinner, the restaurant is very posh, clean, and well-maintained. The food is fantastic, the staff is very courteous, and the washrooms are clean with good quality tissue paper and paper towels. Within the air-conditioned restaurant, they have a kid's play area, which we thought was an incredible idea. This area has a small swing and a few other things where your little ones can play while you can peacefully have your food and keep observing them from time to time, not worrying about leaving them unsupervised. They also have a small swimming pool for children, which we did not use.

If you started late from Delhi and wish to stay overnight, they have some rooms (not many, only 5 or 6). The rooms are also very well maintained with no room smell, bathrooms are clean. Even though Hotel is on the highway, the rooms are very peaceful. This is because the rooms are towards the backside overlooking a well-maintained grass lawn, where you can take a stroll. I was told this lawn is used to serve dinner during parties.

The best part is that they do not make a fuss when you pay by a credit card; every other restaurant on this road has declined the card for one...

this hotel started four months back only as they told to us day before yesterday and the ambience is really cool. they have managed to hit the bulls eye by giving excellent ambience tasty food and large parking space for people with 4 wheelers. the furniture is very good and feels classy and the woodwork is also nice. coming to the main thing- the food quality is excellent and they have done their best - we had only missi roti and vegetable dish and it was tasty enough the portion size was also good, the mix raita was too tasty and the staff was courteous enough.you will enjoy you time here, they have rooms also but the work is going on and some are ready which start from 1800 as they said so better if you are planning to stay there then bargain directly from then and do not go for online booking as the prices you will find will be very high on apps. it is a thumb rule that do avoid booking as much as you can from online apps as their profit and taxes are also added so why should we pay for their profits and taxes when we can get a good deal directly. have a nice time...
