New Do Baattii Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Unfortunately the hospitality was disappointing. While few tables were occupied by Customers; when a large group came one of the customer's plates were taken without asking them and moved to another table which was outside in hot sun, this was done while shouting go outside in hindi (bahar jao, bahar jao). They were about to do the same to us but we objected as we had a child hence sitting outside in hot sun was not possible. But they continued shouting bahar jao, which was not just unfair but unprofessional behaviour.

We had already ordered food and one item was also served, after realizing that they are greedy for money hence hospitality, respect and professionalism is not their concern; so we asked for bill for served item and had to walk out. They didn't even care, this was the most pathetic experience during the trip.

If you feel they dont deserve to be in hospitality business then please do not visit this restaurant and give them...

First things first - I can't imagine how has this place been rated this high. I would have given half a star if I had got the option

Had the worst Malai Kofta of my life here. Kofta pieces were as hard as a rubber ball. They served 2 kofta pieces in a full dish and said it would be enough for 2 people. We initially thought that the quantity will not serve enough, but then we ended up hardly finishing to eat one of the 2 pieces.

Had ordered Laccha Paratha to go with the Malai Kofta. The parathas were extremely hard, going by Paratha standards too.
