Rainmon cafe — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rainmon Cafe in Herbertpur, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease.

My experience was very very bad to be honest and i will provide you a very honest review why ? So i went here with my friends. Talking about the place it is fine. Photogenic one Now coming to the food We ordered manchurian with fried rice it turned out to be good, the only thing in menu which was eatable 🙂 Then we had pizza, the worst pizza i had, the worst , we seriously ate the topping and left the base as it is , even you can see the pic that how we left the base , Then we had white sauce pasta it was not even creamy , it was just pasta nothing much 🥺 After that we had orea shake , mojito , mojito was so so so sweet it was less mojito more like some sweet drink , orea shake was not even oreo i dont know what they mixed in it .

Out of what i ever had in my life i was so depressed after eating such tasteless food , my whole day was ruined , my taste buds were destroyed 🥺 Guys the only thing you can go for is manchurian other than that i dont think you will even like it . It is like they are just running there place , please CHANGE YOUR CHEFFFF!! 🙏 or you guys are doomed If you have enough money you can surely go and waste it on...

Today that is (25 Jan 22) my family decide to have dinner in rainmon cafe, but I found unexpected thing and I’m amazed how they run there cafe further… few thing I want to highlight. People don’t know how to handle guest they don’t know Basic etiquette about restaurant service. We order starter few things came and few they forget, after reminding they are saying it’s (manchurian)not available they served only one portion instead of two. Most of the things in menu not available. Now came to main course we wait more then 1 hour and did not get our full order in starting, onion kulcha take 25 min, repeat order also came late. Taste of food also not up to the mark, we did not enjoy our dinner. There is no manager or supervisor who can handle shift. In menu lots of spelling mistake.

Suggestion:- as you are serving Indian food use to give vinegar onion along with its accompaniment.
