I recently had the pleasure of dining at Satv Kitchen and Cafe, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The interior decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and relaxing ambiance.
The food at Satv Kitchen and Cafe was absolutely delightful. The menu offered a diverse range of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan, or a meat lover, there was something for everyone. The ingredients used were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
I particularly enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures in the dishes I ordered. The flavors were bold and authentic, and the portion sizes were generous. The menu showcased a fusion of different cuisines, and the chef's creativity was evident in every bite. The restaurant also had a selection of healthy options, which was a welcome addition.
Apart from the excellent food, the location of Satv Kitchen and Cafe was another highlight. Situated in a vibrant and trendy neighborhood, it offered a great view from the large windows, allowing for natural light to fill the space. Whether you choose to sit indoors or enjoy the outdoor seating, the restaurant provided a pleasant and enjoyable environment to dine in.
I was also impressed by the impeccable service provided by Jagdish, one of the staff members at Satv Kitchen and Cafe. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. From his warm greeting to his attentive nature throughout the meal, Jagdish was a true professional. He had an extensive knowledge of the menu and was able to provide insightful recommendations. Read moreBarista Cafe and Satv Kitchen, slated to be opening here on 4th June, will be a welcome addition to this lovely area comprising the villages of Sitla, Chatola, Satkhol and Satoli. This is an unique space with spectacular views of the Himalaya, and one needs to tread softly and be sensitive of sustainability. The area has been devoid of any hang out place. The nearest cluster of restaurants involves a 12 km + drive through the Mukteshwar forest, where there are tons of eating places but none worthy of mention (with the notable exception of Birdcage). So, we are looking forward to a 'real' cup of coffee and conversations at the Barista Cafe, as well as the Satv Restaurant which will be serving Indian Continental and Chinese cuisine, with 3 trained chefs. Hope to be sipping great coffee on our return from morning walks in the Mukteshwar Forest. I did sample the Cappuccino and the Espresso at the Café, and can...
Read moreIn few words …A lovely place in Mukteshwer with finger-licking food and an exquisite valley view.
Recently visited this place with friends. Loved the ambience and vibe at the place. We had tried both veg and non-veg options which were equally fresh and finger-licking. Especially, my favourite Chicken Tikka which was heavenly. Staff was welcoming, well-trained and served us really well.
What I particularly enjoyed the most was their rear outdoor sitting area (now my favourite hangout place in Mukteshwer) which has such a beautiful valley view where one can sit for hours feeling therapeutic breeze and the melodic flowing sound of gentle wind. An experience which is difficult to explain with just words.
Longing to return to this place...
