Our recent stay at Seven Corbett Resort on April 5th was an utter nightmare, and we condemn their service in the strongest terms possible. Despite booking five rooms for a one-night stay and pre-paying for two gypsy safaris for a total of ten individuals, our experience was nothing short of a disaster.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort's management lacked basic decency and professionalism. Despite confirming our safari booking for Bijrani zone in advance, they callously changed it to the buffer zone without bothering to inform us. This blatant disregard for our preferences and disrespect for our pre-paid arrangements is simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, the staff, particularly Pooja at the reception, exhibited a shocking level of apathy and rudeness when we brought up our concerns. Their dismissive attitude towards our legitimate grievances only added insult to injury.
In addition to the incompetence and lack of customer care, the overall condition of the resort was appalling. The rooms were unkempt, the facilities were subpar, and the atmosphere was anything but welcoming.
In summary, our experience at Seven Corbett Resort was an absolute disgrace. We demand a full refund for the abysmal service and strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy being treated with contempt and disdain. This resort has earned our strongest condemnation, and we will not hesitate to share our horrendous experience...
Read moreTo start with, I must say the staff here at this resort really understand & follows the real meaning of "Atithi Devo Bhawa" Myself coming from an hospitality & operations industry background, i can surely say that staff at Seven Corbett Resort are more welcoming & helpful, friendly at the same time, then the leading hotels staff from Delhi NCR.
Coming on to the location of the resort, this resort is in the middle of the jungle very peaceful & green nature, surely will make anyone feel relaxed. It is near to Jim Corbett National park and can do safari, again the staff helps you with the arrangements here, Pre booking of Safari.
Last but not the least, the food. When you choose this resort you will going to get the home style cooked food which is really the best thing, this will make you feel home away from home. Amazing food with the menu and even you can also order the snacks or main course of your choice.
And the best hospitality you will surely receive by the amazing staff they have. You will see the smiling & friendly staff who is always ready to help you & provide the best service in their capacity.
All the team members of Seven Corbett resorts & specially Ms.Indu ji, Mr.Bhatt ji, Mr.Kamal ji & Mr.Sandeep highly appreciated for the service.

Read moreOur stay at Seven Corbett Resort on April 5th was an absolute disaster. Despite our careful planning and booking five rooms for a one-night stay, our expectations were completely shattered by the appalling level of service we received.
The most egregious offense was the blatant disregard for our pre-paid safari arrangements. We had specifically booked two gypsy safaris for a group of ten individuals in the Bijrani zone, and we were assured that our booking was confirmed. However, upon arrival, we were informed, without any prior notice, that our safari had been moved to the buffer zone. This unexpected change not only disrupted our plans but also left us feeling cheated and betrayed.
To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff, particularly Pooja at the reception, was shockingly dismissive and indifferent. Instead of addressing our concerns with empathy and professionalism, she displayed a callous disregard for our dissatisfaction, leaving us feeling even more frustrated and disheartened.
Furthermore, the overall condition of the resort left much to be desired. The rooms were in a state of disarray, with dirty linens and uncleaned bathrooms. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the atmosphere was far...
