Shri Gurudev Bhojangrih श्री गुरुदेव भोजनगृह — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

We went to kaichi dham on 25.02.2025 Tuesday and chose the worst shri gurudev dhaba to have lunch . The Owner is manners less. Spoons and cutlery was very dirty .we told them to change but again those were dirty there were clear dry stains of curry on the spoons . Moreover they don't provide drinking water to the customers and strongly force to purchase water bottle when I asked them for normal local pahadi water the owner told us that we provide only water bottles and top of it those bottles were of fake brands. The owner became very rude to us and said if you can drink sevage water I can serve you . When we opposed he said I am elder then you.you can't even spend 35 Rs. For water. Also he argued that he has to hire one extra staff for serving water and to keep one water tank also As well as Food is concerned quantity was very less according to price . I will never visit again to this place and will suggest...

Giving 1 start because if their too much attitude issue. We were with family and small kids so we went inside for tea, tea stall is outside hotel when I was taking tea inside out side stall guy told sir ander tea peene ka 40 ra per cup lage ga. And i told what is this system same tea 20 and 40 for seating like any five start hotel. When i told him you have wrong system than started saying 1.5 lakh rent we pay and all so I told him what is this none sense and why telling me and i went to owner to tell what is useless talk he is doing and owner response was same no place inside so we pay 40 per tea than they will serve inside only. Bhai phale bolo na sab ko ki jyada hotel chal raha hai Shri Babaji ki place main to taraki sir main chad gayi hai tumhare.. I had a very unpleasant experience The owner and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional showing no respect for customers. Instead of providing basic hospitality they behaved arrogantly and refused to serve normal water which is a fundamental service in any establishment.

Such treatment towards customers is unacceptable A business that lacks basic courtesy and refuses essential services should reconsider its approach I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and...
