Disappointing Experience at ArtCafe
I recently visited ArtCafe and had a less-than-satisfactory experience. Here's a breakdown of my visit:
ArtCafe Review: Not Happy , worst
Service Letdown: The cafe manager was really rude and wouldn't give us water, saying it's not their thing. That wasn't nice. The girl managing the cafe was remarkably rude and refused to serve water, claiming it wasn't part of their service. This lack of basic hospitality was quite disappointing
Pizza Confusion: We asked for Veggie Paradise pizza, got Margherita. They argued, which wasn't cool. Unnecessary drama.
Sweet Pasta Surprise: Ordered pasta, got sweetness like honey instead of cheesy goodness. No garlic bread, which was a bummer.
Noodle Mix-up: Chilli Garlic Noodles came with raw chillies, not the expected flavor. Too spicy, not what we wanted.
Ignored Request: Asked for pasta without sweetness, got sweet pasta. They didn't care about what we wanted, which was disappointing.
Overall, bad service, wrong orders, and not-so-great food at ArtCafe. They need to fix things for a better time...
Read moreWe organised my son’s first birthday party and we got really disappointed by the fraudulent activities of the cafe owner. They promised to serve the starters which they put on buffet. And our old aged guests were forced to get up again and again to get the starter items. The behaviour of the owner was not up to mark and totally “dhaaba owner types” . Like their behvaviour , their food was also low standard . It was highly unappreciated that they had put aaloo in the rajma and the gravy was also watery.. they had not only spoiled my first motherhood party , but also the lifetime memories . I urge everyone , to kindly not fall into the trap of “ wanna be cafés”. ambience might be fine but their beaver , service and overall hosting is worse. They claim that a lot of IMA parties happen over there , and being from army background myself, I will make sure I will give it in written to the authorities not to conduct any official parties / get togethers in this cheap cafe, and would take steps also to spread the word……..all my curse words to these unprofessional people .
And it’s an honest...
Read moreI think this place is picking up super fast on word-of-mouth. You may not get the feel standing on the road but once you climb those stairs, it's a whole different story. The outside sitting feels raw yet comforting. The music and sitting arrangements give you a camping vibe. Once you are inside it becomes more trendy yet classy. A nice pool table surrounded by different types of sitting arrangements (conventional table-chair or comforting on-ground setup) gives you complete freedom to choose from what you need. Coming to food, the taste is really good and gives us good amount of options. Surprising thing is you get options from traditional south indian food to snazzier wood fired pizza. The presentation, quantity, quality and taste are all superb. The hosts are young and very warm and always trying to improve based on feedback you provide (so do provide some if you feel). One might feel all of this could mean very expensive place to eat but the prices would definitely surprise you. A highly recommended place to not just eat good food but to spend...
