Your waitress is very knowledgeable 🙏🏻 and does her job very well 🙂. The suggestions given by the waitress were really good. She greets customers very well and knows how to handle the situation 👍. She knows where the customer is getting confused and how to give them suggestions.

We have a simple suggestion to replace the lottery system with a new concept. Instead use cards to give an extra item - like pancake or cookie or nothing for another card.

It's like losing around 200 or 250 rupees for 1k billing in case the customer gets 0 or 5 on card. And ultimately the customer will be disappointed and may not come.

Suppose someone puts a small birthday party and gets 0 or 5 on the card will be disappointed and will think he lost 2k or 2500 rupees for a bill of 10k. That's a handsome amount.
