Do not visit this restaurant if you're planning to pay with credit card.

Visited the restaurant earlier this month for a small get together, had a bitter sweet experience as the food was good the service was prompt. However, during the payment they didn't accept the credit card and it was a really irritating moment cos the reason I was given that the machine is not working. Even when I insisted on at least trying to process the payment they didn't even bring the card machine out. Being an Ex FnB professional it was quite a shock and completely ruined my experience since I knew the reason why they didn't take the payment with a credit card as there is a small fee merchants have to pay to the banks. But that's why we are coming to your restaurant and paying a premium for the Services and different payment options is a part of it.

If I knew they do not accept credit card payments, I would never have visited the place and surely not going...

I booked open hall for my kid's birthday. When i saw torn chair base without cover, that was real embarrassment for me infront of my guests. After that when dinner was served, they purposely delaying in service. They totally ruined the event.

They didn't stop there. Before booking, they promised that 10% of bill amount will be deposited with us which can be used in full, anytime i visit the restaurant. But when i went for dinning later they discouted only 10% of dinning bill. When i objected, Mr. MAHAVEER RAWAT started arguing. Ambience doesn't matter when behavior is worst. I'm gonna comment on each thing individually Humus pita falafal - Humus was good but pita was hard and wasn't looking fresh at all Alfredo pasta- At the time of arrival of the dish it was looking like some creamy soupy pasta (not at all boiled well), we had to ask them to boil it properly and make it a bit thicker Chilly mashroom - mushrooms were not at all crispy, better to call it as spicy mashroom not that taste which you gonna expect Drinks - They were well (thanks to the mocktail syrup) The fountain and the lights(few) which is one of the attraction in this restaurant were not working as well.
