Agent Jack’s Bar Vasai — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I visited Agent Jacks on a Saturday night along with my friends. As I reached the location I was amazed to hear that there is a long waiting for a table and was very excited to go check inside. Luckily I got a table and as I entered the place it had an amazing vibe and crowd. About the ambience, the area is big with seatings at the bottom and on a top level. They had comfortable seating for big groups. There is a big bar counter and the decor was amazing with dim lighting which made me feel like I’m really at an happening place. As I settled down I was asked to install the Agent Jacks app on my mobile (it’s recommended that your mobile is well charged for the night) The app has an interface to place your orders. Was very excited about bidding for my own drinks. You get crazy deals on the drinks that you bid and it’s the best part about Agent Jacks. Was very happy to receive my Long Island Tea for an amazing deal. The DJ was playing amazing music and I didn’t feel like being seated for a longer time and just groove with the drink in my hand. To enjoy my drinks I decided to try Chicken poppers which was a part of their special menu. The poppers were big and crisp, stuffed with chicken mince and served with a dip Also tried their BBQ chicken pizza which was yummy and the cheese fondue which was extremely cheesy. I tried their butter chicken kulcha and it’s was really amazing. The chicken was nice and tender and the creamy gravy was heaven. By far the best butter chicken I had. The drinks at good offer along with yummy food is like a heaven for party people like me and this place actually lived up to all the buzz and hype it had created.

Prior 8pm the tables are available on first cum first basis and later it’s strictly on reservations. Do make sure to reserve a table because this place is worth it. There is ample of parking space and is close to the national highway. Don’t drink and drive. Tejas had been very patient with us settling down and made sure we enjoyed our time at Agent Jacks Vasai. It’s a must visit and for sure it would be your weekend spot to chill with friends. Highly recommended...

So we had a not so good experience last night. We entered the place at 9 pm through a fire exit coz the lift wasn’t working and they had to take us through an alley way at the back which is fine. We reached the reception area and the first thing they tell us is we close at 12 am. Being a Wednesday night the place was empty there were only one or two tables occupied. The food was great, no complaints there except the desserts which wasn’t great. The moment clock struck 11.30 pm they came to take the final order. So we ordered the 2 desserts -Jack bombs and the main course. They decided to get our desserts first, so we told them pls get our main course first and the desserts which they then freezed ruining the dessert. Our main course hadn’t arrived by 12am. Suddenly at around 11.55 pm this bouncer guy comes at our table and without informing us anything he starts switching our drinks from the glasses to disposable plastic glasses. When we confronted him and told him that we don’t want the plastic glasses, he says that since it’s the closing time we need to put the glasses for washing now and you have to drink the leftover drink from the plastic cups. You cannot simply come and start switching the glasses when your customers are enjoying their drinks just to wind up and go home early. That’s ridiculous customer service, what can we except next switching our plates with the disposable one just because to have to wash them and go home? I have never seen this happening at any other restaurants or pubs. This was one kind of embarrassing experience. We had guests from Dubai and it was so embarrassing.
