I tried the SEA BREEZE bubble tea( water based) and coffee bubble tea(milk base) What I liked: 1. The popping,slimy boba's with water base were definitely fun addition to the basic juice! They literally melt in ur mouth whereas the milk base boba's are more chewy! 2.The use of glass bottle is very thoughtful so thumbs up. (Although not sure if there is any carry your bottle and get a discount on the price offer. If no, do consider) 3.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really a very good place and didn't expect the food to be so good. The taste was really good Service and atmosphere was really appreciated.we had visited on sunday but yes it was less crowd so its not explored by many i guess so i recommend its a very good place to go with ur loved ones

This is very small but so well maintained place. You can feel the vibes. We ordered mango tango bubble tea with the base of green tea and red valvet waffle with ice cream. I must say both were amazing. Best part of bubble tea was the popping boba seeds.. that was too good. Service is good and staff is also very polite and helpful. Bubble bee Virar is the best place for any waffles. The owners and staff is very nice and helpfull. They provide live kitchen. They are very serious about their hygiene. Sitting is very comfortable.
