Café Hideout — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I had been to this palce 1 year ago.. It's a small cafe and the ambience is cozy. Because of the good experience that I had, I again visited this place on 14Jan with my friend and had the worst experience. The moment I entered almost for 10-15mins no one attended our table wherein there was no other customer. When we called out to the guy the electricity went off and then he comes with the menu saying that because there's no electricity we will only be able to order Maggie. So we ordered Maggie and coffee and in 5mins the electricity was back so we asked him to cancel Maggie and ordered for fries and Alfredo pasta. After 15mins he comes back saying pasta is not available so we ordered for veggie toast sandwich. After 30-45 mins we get our fries and as it was taking time for every order we asked him to cancel the sandwich as we wanted to leave. But he smartly said that the sandwich is almost done and when I reminded him of the coffee, he had completely forgotten about it. Sandwich took another 30-45mins and it was very bland the only thing good was the coffee. Just to make 1 plate of fries , sandwich and 2 cups of coffee they took 2hrs. Also they were playing songs very loud. People come to these places to sit and talk, so if u planning to talk in this place...

I just love visiting this cafe as the server's who all work their they really have a friendly nature and a very good heart. I really liked it. And also i love visiting to this cafe because all my college life like from FY to TY there's lot of memories with my friends. Still i feel the same environment over there.
