Rajkarnav Palace — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Not like as per expected...for stay not good, We booked two rooms but both rooms are without landline service, and if you have any work then u have to go three stairs down. No responsible staff available, all staff are behaving rudly, booking both rooms by 3600₹ per day and dont get any facility from hotel, no water available, bed sheet are too messy, no pillows available as per required, no landline, fans also not working, no soap provided for bath, no towels provided. No room Cleaning, and main thing we noted that in whole Palace only two or three rooms are in good condition another are really dirty and messy, and if u see the situation of toilet so u think like that indian railways toilet cleaner than it. Its disgusting hotel. And dont like behaviour of staff. Finally we met to one person i dont know who is he but his nature is good and also responsible person but staff and workers are lazy . If u want to stay there then u have to prepare by ur self because u cant get service by staff. Request to manager that please keep guys some professional or with good body language and responsiblity...and while check out time we waited half an hour for open the main door, but no one is available at mid night and we delayed for catch our train. (Here talking about only staying place) for food no word to say....

One of the best restaurants in Virar. Food quality was superb right from chicken starters to the main course. Staff is absolutely well-trained in giving customers a nice dine in experience. One different starter we tried which is not there in their menu currently but tastes fantastic is Chicken Chilli Mango Sauce.. recommended for chicken lovers !! And ofcourse some common items like Tandoor lollipop, chicken crispy and butter chicken will never disappoint the foodie...

This place has a lovely and pleasant atmosphere. I'd dinner here in the air conditioned family room. There are non AC rooms available as well. The staff and peons are reliable and friendly. Of course food is yummy for your tummy here. Parking is a bit of challenge here since only 5 to 6 vehicles can be parked in the fore front of the hotel that is road facing. Good for kids as well. Overall it's definitely a good...
