They offer Veg. and Pure Jain food The outlet is very spacious, has indoors as well as outdoors seating
The prices are little high for the quantity of portion served.
Talking about the food, we had ordered few dishes:
MANCHOW SOUP - Perfectly made, with good quantity of vegetables and perfect chinese texture.
LEMON CORIANDER SOUP - The soup was very good, a healthy choice if you are too health conscious
DAL TADKA - Amazing at taste, one should definitely try this.
IDLI SAMBAR - The idli were large in size sambar and coconut chutney where decent at taste.
PAPER SADA DOSA - A huge crispy dosa, liked by everyone.
STEAM RICE - The rice were very good in quality but the quantity was little less.
DAL KHICHDI - If you like khichdi then you should definitely try dal khichdi at this restaurant.
JEERA RICE - One can have it instead of steam rice, but here also the quality was good but the quantity was little less.
MALAI KULFI - The kulfi was very delicious, but I would not recommend to eat from this restaurant as the quantity is too less for the price paid.
SWEET LASSI - The lassi was amazing at taste, too sweet though.
Overall it was a good dining experience. But the prices for few dishes where high for the quantity served.

If you are travelling from mumbai/Thane towards gujrat, then map wrongly shows big U turn to reach the hotel. You can simply skip flyover by keeping your vehicle in left lane just before 400-500m. Then turn right below the flyover, thats it, Shiv sagar can be seen in front.
Ample parking space Vegan meal Buffet available. We ate Punjabi Thali and some south indian stuff. Thali was good dosa was not bad. Pav bhaji was better for a south indian restaurant. Ambience is good. Good space. Its sofas all over for sitting so good for Kids. Staff behaviour is good, though not so agile. Food was served quickly, then took a while for tea. Which was just bearable. Note: Washrooms are only upstairs and can be reached by climbing a staircase apprx 20 steps. This could disappoint you if you are accompanied by an oldie who cant stretch his/her leg so much. Cost: if compared with other shiv sagars, just below benchmark. But when compared with highway pure veg hotels, its certainly good deal. We feel we got our first journey break while travelling towards palghar-Gujrat
Overall good vegan restaurant while travelling to Gujrat which is often missed...
Read moreThis was the worst dining experience I've ever had in this establishment. Two diners stood up and walked out of the restaurant right in front of my eyes. The service is also poor; if the worker is unable to serve, at the very least he should inform the client that he is bringing their order. I told the waiter three times to bring shezwaan, and he responded okay, so I started eating slowly in the hopes that the shezwan would arrive, but the waiter was disrespectful, and I told the owner about it. His facial expressions do not indicate that he regrets what his waiter has done. (My dish has been finished but there is still no shezwaan on my table) So this is my final visit...
