Woodstick Thai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

The basil noodles that i ordered was a joke.. Firstly it took 30 mins for the order and plus the noodles werent noodles, it was like rice. Overcooked and brooken as hell.. When asked, the waiter argued stating that other restaurants are different, if u take hakka noodles it will come like long noodles, u haven't eaten from wood stick, basil noodles here u get like that only. The chef breaks the noodles and gives. I wanted to laugh hard coz little did he know about how the basil noodles is actually made, and that the noodles are already boiled and kept. Lack of knowledge by the waiter, however since he was old dint want to argue much. As writing here would probably make some difference to others. I would rate this place as follows out of 5.

I ordered Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Chopper Rice for takeaway after checking good reviews. However, the experience was far from what I expected. The chicken used for the lollipop was old and black inside, clearly not fresh. The chopper rice tasted bad, like it was overnight food from the previous day.

When I complained, they initially agreed to provide a refund, but they never did. The person I spoke to even tried to justify it by saying, "It happens sometimes in one or two pieces." This is unacceptable.

Don't go by the reviews—the food quality is very poor. There are many Chinese shops in Virar where you can find...

When we think about celebrations, Woodstick is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality, quantity and tastes of everything is outstanding, my appreciation goes for all.. their cleanliness, hygiene, behaviour of the staff, ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant, Service is delightful and very professional. 10/10.
