Rajarhat Chowmatha branch- I used to go this place earlier. This is recently they have changed the service staff and now this restaurant became pathetic. I went for dinner there with my family last week. They have a banquet hall attached with restaurant , One Birthday celebratin was going on that day. All the staff were busy there only. They were not taking order for dine-in on time, and when someone was ordering food then they were saying we will need an hour for preparing your food .They said strictly NO for any Chinese starter to be served. I completely agree that this was due to the the birthday celebration going on there BUT my question is why Dine-in was open if you can't manage Dine In and Banquet hall food at same time.Better you close Dine-in when there is any celebration going on there because you can't ask your customer to eat what you can serve that time.Customer comes there to have food as per his choice and staff were basically forcing to order which customer doesn't want. Today, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at 99 The Multicuisine Restaurant, located at Rajarhat, Kolkata. The experience was truly unforgettable!

*Food: The dishes we ordered were outstanding! Chicken Reshmi Kabab: Amazing taste, tender and juicy Chicken Biryani: Mouth-watering, flavorful and aromatic. Fish Curry was amazing Fresh lime soda. Each bite was a delight!

*Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located on the main road.

Good place with reasonable price. Ordered American chopsuey non-veg for home delivery. (Rajarhat Bishnupur Daspara bus stop area) The delivery was prompt & smooth. No extra charges for delivery, however order value needs to be above Rs.400. American Chopsuey @ Rs.240 + 5% GST + Rs. 8/- for packing. Total :- Rs.260. (Qty. is sufficient for 1 person, we ordered 2 plates and 3 of us could have it with ease) Neat & clean. Ordering over phone was easy and the person taking the order was very polite and explained everything. The gravy was given in a sealed container and the fried noodle was alumunium foil wrapped. The food quality was excellent. Overall a great experience!!!

Just a suggestion for improvement:- If plastic (or nowadays woodply) cutlery is given, it would be great...since many people especially new flat owners do order food but dont have a dining setup. It...
