This resturant has to improve in terms of decor, service, presentation etc etc. Insufficient lights hence could not click good pictures. We had chicken drumsticks and chocolate ice-cream (no picture of it cos it was not presented well. Was served in a plastic container as we get from street side stalls). Anyway the ice cream tastes good. Drumsticks were fine but too spicy.

I was regular customer of this hotel but now the food become worst, if you complain about food the lady on reception instantly start arguing & instead of accepting that she behave rudely, I will never again order any food item from this restaurant

As a food lover only I can say it's a delightful restaurant for me. I am from rishra also. I can order anytime by calling them directly thus not needing to go with online services. The taste, prices, hospitality all are well accomplished.

Day by day the customer service is deteriorating. Today's experience is more painful. As I ordered 3 Chicken Biryani at 6:15 PM and the CS desk confirmed that they are able to provide it. But at 7:45 PM they are saying only 1 Chicken Biryani can be delivered and on top they came with (parcel) 1 Chicken Biryani and 2 Mutton Biryani. Though I denied to receive those as those were not according to my order. But its really pathetic to wait for food and u will get what you cann't even eat. Shame on Appyan Restaurant. You broke the trust...

Don't visit to the restaurant at Thursday.Unfortunately, the taste of the food was quite disappointing. The flavors seemed dull and lacked the promised depth. The dish I ordered, Chicken Korma was particularly underwhelming with its bland and unappetizing taste. It was evident that the ingredients used didn't come together harmoniously, leaving me unsatisfied. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the taste of their dishes to provide a better dining experience for...

Its one the worst resturant I have ever gone to. The service here is worst than the roadside dhabba and the time take to make 1 order is extreme just to make 30 roti(bread) they took nearly an hour including the receptionist rude behaviour it was just a hell bad of an experience i would never recomend anyone this place .when I asked the chef how much more time it will take he was like have you ever made roti ? Soo polite...
