Let me just say this loud and clear—Biriyani Plaza is not a restaurant, it’s an emotion for every food lover in Chakdaha. The biriyani? Iconic. The kind of biriyani that makes you forget your problems, your diet, and sometimes even your name. 😌

But wait—this isn’t just about biriyani. Oh no, no. This place is a full-on flavour fair, a total food carnival!

First up—MOMOS! đŸ„Ÿ Soft, juicy, and absolutely addictive. Whether you’re team steamed or team fried, their momos never disappoint. Pair them with that fiery red chutney and boom đŸ’„â€”your taste buds start dancing like it’s Durga Puja!

Next—DOSAS! đŸ„ž Yes, you read that right. Biriyani Plaza serves dosas, and they’re legit. Crispy edges, soft center, and that classic aloo masala stuffing. With coconut chutney and hot sambhar, it’s a proper South Indian detour in the middle of a biriyani journey—and it works!

Then comes the wildcard—Pizza. 🍕 Honestly, when I first saw pizza on the menu, I was like “Eh? Why?” But then I tried it
and now I’m like “Why not?” Cheesy, spicy, and actually good. It’s like the cool cousin from abroad who fits in perfectly with the desi crowd.

I’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, aiburobhaat here—you name it. I’ve laughed, cried, and eaten my body weight in food at this place. Sometimes I visit with friends, sometimes with family, and sometimes
just for myself (yes, I deserve it).

The place is full of memories and full plates. The staff is friendly, the vibe is warm, and the food is consistently amazing. Whether you’re craving North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, or even Italian (hello pizza), Biriyani Plaza has something for everyone.

💡 Pro tip: Go with an empty stomach and a full squad. And don’t forget to take pics before eating—because once the food arrives, it’s every man...

One of the worst biryanis I’ve ever had. Was expecting at least a decent biryani from THE BIRYANI PLAZA!!!

Never thought I’d have such an extraordinary experience
I mean, who wouldn’t want to pay â‚č320 (+ taxes, of course!) for an absolutely TASTELESS mutton biryani that comes with
absolutely nothing! No salad, no egg, no raita.

Actually, it was perhaps a new variant of biryani, my friends. Say goodbye to (perhaps unhealthy) masala with their one and only, never-seen-before creation: “Plain Biryani.”

Want raita? That’ll be â‚č63 extra. Craving a bit of salad? Another â‚č63. Next time, I’ll just carry my own onions and curd — maybe even start a side business there.

And oh, about the service...

Top-tier, my friends! They gave a single microscopic bowl of green chutney for five people. Honestly, it looked like it was meant for a newborn. And when we dared to ask for more? They kindly brought back the same tiny bowl again and again — because who needs five portions when you can all just bond over one baby bowl, right?

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Because I promise you — once is more than enough.

By the way....Can someone just tell me how to give 0 or perhaps -5 out of +5 in...

Biriyani Plaza is one of the old and finest restaurants at chakdaha. We tried few items 1.Mutton Biriyani 2.Chicken Biriyani 3.Butter Kulcha 4.Daal Fry

Honestly speaking, their daal fry is so delicious and underrated one. If you having Kulcha or naan or paratha there, I'll recommend you to try it with their daal fry. You'll definitely like it and it's not that expensive too. Daal fry has price of 130 Rs. Kulcha was as usual good.

I'll rate biriyani 8/10. The quantity of rice in mutton biriyani was less than the chicken briyani. But they gave a giant size of mutton and a big Aloo . Same goes for chicken a big leg piece. Biriyani was delicious, but they don't provide salad with it. Extra salad can cost 50 Rs. The rice quality and meat quality was extremely good and the biriyani was a bit oily but not that much oily. Taste is overall ok. I'll say it's a 8/10 biriyani.

Ambience and decoration is good enough. Last but not the least, hat's off to their service. Man they works rapidly. From welcoming customers to taking orders and serving, billing all are really fast and efficient. Behaviour of the staffs are good also.

Overall biriyani plaza is the best resturant in...

The ambiance was truly delightful, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere that made for a relaxing evening. The service was commendable, with attentive staff ensuring that our needs were met promptly and courteously. We ordered a variety of dishes to sample the menu. The mutton biriyani was a bit better than average, with a decent blend of spices, though it didn't stand out as exceptional. The naan, however, was extremely delicious – perfectly soft, fluffy, and flavorful. The butter chicken was average, meeting expectations but not exceeding them. The mutton was well-cooked, tender, and flavorful, adding a satisfying element to the meal. Overall, we had a good time . The combination of a great ambiance, good service, and some standout dishes made it a worthwhile visit. We would consider returning, especially for the naan and well-cooked mutton.
