Small place with inefficient staff and waiters. There are two bad experiences that I'd like to share.

CARELESS AND INEFFICIENT STAFF! Don't Take the orders carefully. Sunday evening. The waiter told us that we'll have to wait for getting a table for four. And we were also told to wait outside the restaurant where they had given very few chairs which were already occupied. We had to wait there standing by the dusty roadside for more than one hour. After they called us in, we went inside and ordered some food at 9 .15 pm. We kept waiting for our food and there was no response. Other three customers came after us, got their orders on their tables and we were still made to wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, my friend asked about our order and the staff asked back "what was our order"! So they had basically forgotten our order and made us wait for nothing. Then we had to wait again for another half an hour and we got really upset with such a careless attitude of the staff. We only got our orders when we were about to leave the place after waiting for more than one hour.

NEVER ORDER HOME DELIVERY. The restaurant doesn't give you the amount or quantity of food when you deliver from home. We were ordering some food for a house party and we had their menu with us as we had gone their two days back and had clicked a pic of their menu. All the food we ordered were less in quantity as described in their menu. When we called the restaurant to complain, first they didn't agree with our complain and then they started screaming on us for their cheating in quantity. They even didn't listen to us with patience. This type of behavior is unacceptable from a restaurant.

We 4 went yesterday there to have lunch. We've ordered 1 portion of drums of heaven, 1 portion of kadhai chicken, 4 pieces naan , 1 portion of veg fried rice, 1 portion of Indian chilli chicken(as per there menu) Food taste was not very baad . It was moderate. Once we started drums of heaven it was too much oily, (ok fine,cause in every restaurant they are using a bit more oil rather than home) Then they are served naan(that was not hot, it was like in room temperature... ) Once we started serving kadhai chicken among us it was also like the same. After few minutes we started sharing veg fried rice, all the rice are getting hard to chew, And the chilli chicken wasn't bad .. Twist is when, After having my lunch I went to wash my hand, They are using food colour too much , that I was my hand with handwash. My fingertips got colour. And They aren't the regular GST payer .
