Cassandra's — Restaurant in West Bengal

Worst experience.. I have visited 4 times (Consecutively last 2sundays)... Just sharing the experience.. Table was not cleaned properly Only one waiter cum table cleaning person. He was doing his job but practically it's impossible to manage. Longgggggg waiting time... We waited for 75minutes to get our order. One by one it was coming with duration of 15-20 minutes each.. Practically we lost our energy. Only 3 tables were occupied but they didn't have any time management... All people were bored for getting late.. May be no will come next time.

I am requesting to owner to check everything in your CCTV surveillance... Date :- 18.05.25 Time :- 8.45pm - 10.15pm & so on.. We were 7people, sitted in sofa. Another 2 families were there... Just check their frustrated body language...

This place is new and it's quite good, the burgers here are really great especially the Cassandra special coloured burgers they are moist and have a good patty. The beverages here are really good too, but there are pretty below average things too, first of all the paprika cheese balls which have an average taste and are salty too, then the fish balls which have an above average taste, I ordered them online, some of fish balls had no filling and some of them had half filling which is pretty disappointing considering the high the price, and one of the paprika cheese balls I ordered had a small hair in them which was pretty disgusting, anyways they need to do better in the future. But do give their burgers a try they are...
