Dooars Calling — Restaurant in West Bengal

Earlier the restaurant serves better food.but since my last visit on 3rd jan 2022 in a row is a downfall. & It is not that I am experiencing for the first time..the service, the food, tastes hygiene is becoming very poor which is not acceptable. I was so surprised that the restaurant doesn't have a sanitaizer... serving plates, cutlerys, glassess is not clean properly. It was having dust particles over the utensils. We have to remove it with tissues and water. After that when we asked for a sanitaizer they said that they don't have in this covid time. now most importantly talking about the food..we ordered Chicken hot garlic which was my personal favrt in their restaurant once ago is cooked with so much Red food color that our fingers, tongues got coloured..Taste was poor , cicken pieces as small as they could make possible which is very dissapointing. The nun bread was stiff..it is not at all moist.and soft. Last but not the least in startar we had chicken lolipop which was another favrt one of mine but it also didnot worked well. Chicken pieces was not freshly cooked. Overall the picture looks good,lismacking only because of the Food color. Only the Veg rice was good. Please improve your quality of food and Hygiene as well. We had a wonderful evening at Dooars Calling with family and friends on the new years day. Although the menu was fixed for the day but whatever was available was enough for us. We had some arrhythmic dancing on some bollywood dance music😋😊 after having the starters and 🍾🍺🍷. We liked the quality and the way they presented the dinner on the big first day. The place first of all has a lot stuff, but the point is their service is pathetic. A order which was taken at 1:30 pm was served at around 2:48. Food is average. Red food color was probably used in butter chicken. And they don't have any system of paying by card. Heard a lot about this place. But turns out it's nothing special. They should really improve their service....
