Located conveniently near the Hazarduari Palace complex, this restaurant is easy to find. The food is delicious and authentic, especially the biryani, and phirni, all offered at affordable prices. However, the service leaves much to be desired.

During our visit on December 30, 2024, we had a disappointing experience. We waited for 10 minutes before being attended to, and there were no glasses or water on the table. When we asked for water, the waiter brought a mineral water bottle but no glasses, which we had to request separately. Unfortunately, the glasses provided were unclean, and it took a long time to get them replaced.

Additionally, we faced issues with parking. The receptionist informed us that the restaurant had its own parking area next to the restaurant, free of charge. However, the local authority demanded parking fees. The receptionist admitted she was unaware of this, but a senior waiter argued with us, causing further frustration. After a heated discussion, the restaurant eventually covered the parking fee.

If the restaurant does not own the parking area, it should be made clear upfront. Alternatively, an agreement with the local authority could prevent such harassment for guests.
