I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Nabanna last week while returning home from Kolkata, and I must say that it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The overall quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance left a lasting impression on me.

First and foremost, the food at Hotel Nabanna was exceptional. From the taste to the presentation, every dish I tried was outstanding. The chefs truly know their craft, and it's evident in every bite. I particularly enjoyed the Tandoori Chai, which was a unique and delightful twist on a classic beverage. It's one of the well known restaurant just beside nation highway, You can get variety of goods over here. Special addition is Monjinis and Tandoori chai. Edited: Recently I experienced the price is very high as compared to other restaurants in Singur area. But if you are a outsider and travelling. You can definitely visit this place as this is the closest one.

I am feeling terrible to share one of the worst experiences about a restaurant which was one of my favourites.

Today my family visited this restaurant for dinner. After having dinner I didn't have cash so I have put 20 Rs in the cash book. Unfortunately my brother and father both left so that I could ask for money from them. I was alone with my mother.

Initially the waiters were discussing to return that small amount of money and later when we were leaving that waiter pointed at me and said to the cleaning stuff that they tipped you like a begger.

I went to the front desk to complain about it. They assured and apologized as well for that waiter's behaviour. But I had to write it so that it doesn't happen to someone else and please don't tip them if you can't tip them as much as they want to avoid such situations.

This restaurant is situated by the Durgapur Expressway on the way from Kolkata to Burdwan near Singur. This is actually a big area by the Expressway taken for this restaurant which has AC and Non AC restaurants along with family restaurant, outside tea stall, snacks corner etc. they have a good capacity within the restaurant to accommodate a large number of people at a time. They offer north Indian, Bengali, Chinese cuisines etc all under one shade. They have a good strength of employees taking care of individual tables and executing the orders. We ordered chicken sweet corn soup, tawa roti and mixed veg all of which were quite good to taste. It appeared to me that champaran meat is very famous at this restaurant since we could easily notice some earthen pot outside the restaurant area being put over the oven to prepare meat. It is a very popular destination for many families going towards Burdwan for having quick refreshments or meals. The staff members are open to feedback and professional as well. The lead time of serving was standard. The washroom area is spacious and the entire area is near and clean. The prices are slightly higher though compared to the quantity offered.
