Hotel Xpress Inn Resto-Bar — Restaurant in West Bengal

Worst hotel I have booked through OYO ever. How can you list this property as a #premium hotel!!. Room was too small. The pillow and linen was also not at all as OYO was known for. The oyo kit was pathetic. There was not moisturizer in that kit. Washroom was really hell as they were smelling so bad. I demanded room spray but nothing was helpful. The room lights was also bad,t.v remote was also not working, most of the channels was not there in cable. One more thing, they charged ₹40 for one bottle of package drinking water. The only good thing is food as kolkata is well known for. I am writing such a big comment and mentioning all the small things because i know reviews matters a lot to traveller. I'll never book again this hotel in future and vl never...

The manager is like stupid one. As per the manager the extra rules of hotel property are You can't take hotel's bed sheet You can't take hotel's towel You can drink in the room but you can't take outside food in the room. Beside this,we faced a lot of problems like AC was not working properly TV was just a box. You will get only the free unusual channels. The food price was too high. The price was double in compare to the other hotels. The room was not clean , and the bed sheet was torn. The room service boy personally call me to ask where i was and when would I return? And the room service asked me to give my room keys when I am going out. I will never go to this hotel and i also sujjest ...

They charge higher just because of bar inside being the part of oyo they charge too much and they provide worst room if you have booked online, room service is worst if you are traveller they charge 42 rupees for 1 litre of mineral water bottle even local water bottle price is charges 42 rupees rest I am attaching in images waste of money openly speaking they supply girls in room so higher the chance of police rade aware yourself...
