Kerala Kuisine — Restaurant in West Bengal

Till today,this was one of our favourite/go-to place for food. Today,we ordered 4 appam,1 plain dosa and 1 paratha. We asked for extra coconut chutney for which we had to pay extra 40/-( This is the first time in my life that a South Indian restaurant has asked for money for chutney!! ). When we came home,we found that the paratha and the extra chutney were missing. We called them which was attended by the lady owner aunty. She refused to accept the fact that it was their mistake and as if, we were lying. Finally,after lot of conversation,she agreed to send us the missing food.

To the OWNER of Kerala cuisine: Please DO improve on your services and don't become complacent because today, you are just ONE restaurant in our locality. Tomorrow, there will be more and people will also consider services apart...

Restaurant service is getting poor day by day. I ordered Veg thali and order didnt deliver in 45 minutes. When I called back then lady on phone told me that delivery boy went to another flat. I told her why you havent noted down address clearly then she lost her temper and start talking rudely. I told her I have voice recording that you noted down wrong flat number. But lady on phone was frustated and started shouting. First of all you serve under cooked mutton and chicken which I simply ignored many times in past and now you have doubled your price bcoz you are facing loss in restaurant. And now have started misbehaving with your repeated customer and with new team your service has reached to lowest level. I am writing this review to share an unpleasant surprise. As a long-time patron of this restaurant, I've always enjoyed the food. However, today's visit left me deeply disappointed. After over a year of frequenting this place, I was shocked to discover that they serve BEEF, which is not mentioned anywhere on their menu. I confirmed the same with one of the owners. As a Hindu, cows hold a sacred place in my religion, and consuming beef goes against my beliefs. I wish this information had been transparently provided, as it would have influenced my dining choices.
