Unhygienic and Disappointing Experience at NTM Restaurant

Yesterday afternoon, four of us visited NTM Restaurant with high hopes, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. We ordered chili mushroom and four Kolkata-style mutton biryanis. While the chili mushroom was a bit too salty, the mutton biryani initially seemed fine.

Unfortunately, the situation took a disturbing turn when we found strands of hair in three out of the four mutton biryani plates. We immediately informed the staff, who replaced the dishes. Shockingly, the replacement servings of mutton biryani also contained hair. At that point, we completely lost our appetite and decided to stop eating.

When it came time to settle the bill, the staff only charged us for two mutton biryanis, saying it was a considerate decision made by the owner. However, we insisted on paying the full amount—not because we were happy with the experience, but because we didn’t want it to seem like we were trying to avoid paying for the food.

This level of negligence and lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable in any restaurant. We won’t be returning, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend NTM Restaurant to anyone who values cleanliness and proper...

I saw a Facebook ad and went MTM Restaurant for lunch. When we arrived, they told us there was no buffet , no Thali and that most items were unavailable. We ordered Chicken 65 and Chilli Mushroom as starters. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive. The taste was good, but the quantity was very small, and the Chicken 65 pieces were tiny.

After that, we ordered Mix Fried Rice with Chilli Chicken. My wife and brother ordered Fried Rice with Paneer Butter Masala. The rice quantity was fine, but unfortunately, around 50% of the fried rice was undercooked.

Later, we ordered Fish 65, but it was not made with Bekti fish as expected; instead, they used Basa fish. Overall, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The staff were polite, but clearly untrained.

I travel all over the world and don’t compare restaurants here with those abroad. I understand this is a new place, but my humble request to the owner is to improve both the quality and quantity of the food, and provide proper staff training.

The ambience was very nice, and I truly appreciate...

I have visited this place on 24th September 2025 just a few days before Durga Puja. We have reached at 10pm so there were not much crowd. Unfortunately all Tandoori and related items like butter naan were unavailable due to ongoing maintenance of grilling oven. However we have ordered starters like chicken pakora, dragon chicken and Champaran Mutton of 12 piece with fried rice. There starters were good especially the chinese one's. As for the main course, I am not very positive about Champaran Mutton because it contains too much of spices. Taste was okayish, same for the fried rice. I think the price was reasonable. Atmosphere was beautiful especially because they have decorated the place due to upcoming Durga Puja. I never had the luck to taste tandoori...
