Payel Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

I stay within 15 kms radius of this restaurant. I was a regular visitor of this restaurant from past 4 to 5 years. Previously when they were new they really had well behaved staffs and good service. Recently I have almost 4 to 5 experience that were the worst with this restaurant. They have very ill behaving staff. If you visit with your family especially womens the staff will stare at them like roadside chapris. Noone cares if you want to order or reorder. All they do is billing in computer and that's it. Food quality went down to hell.

There was one last thing for which I used to visit that was the roll stall outside. Recently they have removed that as well. I am pretty sure that also happened for their 3rd class behaviour.

We placed an order at Payal Restaurant (Mogra) at 8:15 PM and were told it would be delivered by 10 PM. Starting from 9:24 PM, we tried calling multiple times to check on the status—probably called 10 to 12 times—but they didn't bother to answer. When they finally picked up, they casually said the order would arrive after 10 PM, with no apology or explanation.

To make things worse, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional while talking to us. No sense of responsibility or courtesy toward customers. This kind of service is unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend this place if you expect basic professionalism...

This is the only restaurant in Mogra where different menus are served though the food options are very limited.During lunch hours you can get biriyani, chicken chap and paratha and in the evening they serve rolls and chowmin.There is no provision for tea or coffee.There is a small sitting area with only a few tables for enjoying food.The rolls are served outside the restaurant.The taste of food is good but not excellent.The restaurant is situated on the G.T road and so there is no parking space in front.Non the less it is a place for having a...
