Its a good food joint for grabbing some quick bite like evening snacks especially pizza, sandwich, burgers, shakes, etc. I tried their Mexican chicken pizza medium size and it was really good in terms of quality and quantity. Next I tried their special non veg sandwich which I felt satisfactory. Their beverage section was not that updated, they had only milk shake and items like lime soda, mohito etc. which were present in the menu but they were unable to provide. Another drawback I think is their washing area; a small basin is there with a separate jug kept which one needs to pour and wash the hands if required; but that may be due to the lack of space. Ordered a large “cottage cheese” pizza - specifically ordered with extra cheese and a thin crust. I was plain dismayed with the quality, especially given the price is not so low. The crust looked and felt like a maida machine made bread and was not baked sufficiently. The paneer in the topping was raw uncooked paneer. Basically a subpar pizza. While this particular one was a take away order, I’ve had the same experience when dining in. My advice to the management would be to be keep a keen eye on the quality and taste of both the final product and the ingredients used. Horrible Experience – Not Worth It! Pizzawich Kharagpur was a complete disaster. The receptionist was unbelievably rude and clearly had no idea how to deal with customers. The pizza was one of the worst I’ve ever had – completely uncooked, with barely any toppings, and zero pizza sauce. It was more like a stale piece of bread with random bits thrown on top. The AC wasn’t working, making the entire place uncomfortable. Honestly, a local street vendor could make a better pizza than this.
