Pool Cafe Kharagpur — Restaurant in West Bengal

Me and my friends ordered hookah, mocktails and main course food and the hookah was not at all made nicely according to the price that they charge for the hookah it was not worth. Then we got our drinks first, out of which the one that i ordered had a very pale taste, it was virgin mohito which was named differently, as we have had this mocktails innumerable times so we know how it tastes. Hence for the cafe's betterment i tried to explain them how bad the mohito tasted, but they did not want to listen, provided that they indirectly told us to leave, by telling us that "should we tell the cook to make your orders further or should we stop and you will leave since you are not liking anything." Whereas we told them that the other two drinks tasted better, but still they took our review the other way, and now the food. Even the food was not worth tha money, since cheese garlic bread had no cheese, kadhaai paneer had no vegetables, and masala mushroom's masala was not so good. If a suggestion is needed - Do not visit this place, ambience is good but the food, hookah and customer...

Pool table is good, almost as good as new. Well lit the only problem is that the pillars are very close to the table so some shots are difficult to take.

Charges are 180 for an hour 100 for 30 minutes 50 for 15 minutes.

Can't say about foods and drinks as I haven't tried any.

The good thing is that if someone wants to play they can call up and book in advance.

I want to give - rating.very bad behaviour to us..I ordered one coke for me and my friends ordered maggie.owner told that they close the other food items except mocktail then I ordered only one coke..she refused to take the order and told me to give atleast 2 order..then I ordered 2 coke and I asked her for 3 straw then she said not possible...the behaviour of this owner is so bad.and the rules are...
