One of the worst HALDIRAM outlet I've visited till date. The computer man is rude, doesn't respect time and due to his harsh behavior, HALDIRAM is losing business at this outlet in Kharagpur.

He is really a black spot in the HALDIRAM outlets spread across INDIA.

Go to this outlet if you have ample of time and ready to sacrifice your taste buds. Even after placing order before hand, we need to wait more than 1hr to get it prepared. PATHETIC

Few days back, I tried to give it a chance as I had Haldiram's coupon. The computer man denied to honour it, didn't let me speak with the manager and even argued. Finally after wasting my 15min, he made the order. The potato subzi was very less than the normal quantity offered in DOSA.
