prasadam box — Restaurant in West Bengal

I'm extremely disappointed with my order from this restaurant. In my first order, the aloo was overcooked and the dish was overly oily. However, it came with raita and cucumber.

Unfortunately, my second order was a letdown. The box was not packed properly, and the biryani only came with cucumber and tomatoes - no raita. But the worst part was finding a hair in my food, which was completely unacceptable.
