It's a reasonable place to visit, especially when you need a pocket friendly place.

Pros:

1. We have ordered Tangri kakab and Tandoori. They were quite good 👍.

2. Sometimes they will surprisingly arrange things that they have denied initially. For our case it was ice cube 🧊

3. Prices were reasonable and affordable

4. Service were prompt

Cons:

1. The place is made in a single corridor, so has space constraints
2. Air condition seemed to be not strong enough and people need to rely on wall mounted Fan
3. Ventilation has a major set back and suffocating ambience.
4. Bar tender could have been more engaging and inviting, but, considering the bar standard their approach is understandable.

Conclusion: a place to visit for local gatherings and having fun, not recommended for dating or reunion for ...

The food is great but the service is way down to hell, recently I've ordered from Shanghai's app which delivered my food after 2 long hours, cold as ice, complaining to the same, they assured me refund of my total bill amount, 24hr pass yet no contact no refund whatsoever, again made complaint to their head office's mail address, a person reached me, talked with me regarding this, apologizing for such incidents and assured me the same (we will refund your total bill amount), next day the managers from Shanghai restaurant outlet Barasat called me again with apologies... But still no fulfillment of their own promises 😂😂😂😂... Sir we care for you as our consumers, aap boliye toh sir ji "Jaan de dengey", kya baat kar rahe ho , ham apke liye jaan...

I don't know about other people's reviews my experience with Shanghai was terrifying, WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Management was horrible we've been waiting for 3 hours, but didn't even get the food, we had to leave without getting the order, When we asked them what the reason behind it, the reply was "we don't have much staff available for today" my point is if you don't have sufficient staff to serve people just close the restaurant for that day. You just allow people to come in then you make them wait. You're just doing nothing but harassing the people, i mean what is the point of that? anyway thanks for your service !!
