Poor Quality Food and Unprofessional Service

Dear Restaurant Owner/Manager,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service and food quality at your restaurant. My friend and I visited your restaurant on 11-03-24 and ordered crispy chicken and paper fish. While the paper fish was delicious, the crispy chicken was extremely bitter and inedible.

We returned the dish to the waiter, who initially argued with us, stating that the dish was prepared correctly and that we were being too picky. However, after we insisted that the dish was not edible, he agreed to replace it. Unfortunately, the new dish was also bitter and inedible.

We were shocked and disappointed by the waiter's behavior, which was unprofessional and argumentative. As guests, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when we are paying for a service.

I would like to request that you take immediate action to address the issues with your food quality and service. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve subpar food and treat guests with disrespect.

The chairs were broken, the ambience was very poor and there were quite a problem of mosquitoes. We ordered chicken tandoori which was very dry and felt like it was made few days back. The fish finger was okay but the crumbs around it was not good quality. The pomfret tandoor we ordered had two very small pomfret whole fishes but for a tandoori it was not even marinated with proper masalas. The fresh lime soda we had didn't have much soda in it, felt like only limbu paani. The mixed fried rice was okay but didn't have proper seasonings.
