The Indian Chulha by Unique — Restaurant in West Bengal

Absolute worst. The restaurant puts simple dishes at really expensive rates. The food quality and quantity does not keep up with it at all. We waited for an hour before our food arrived. Despite saying that make it completely vegetarian, they put in onion and garlic, and we had to send it back.

Not just this, the washroom had yellow, boiling water running. Maybe the washroom is not a part of the exquisite "dining experiencing" you are providing, but I hate to break it to you that it is a necessary place for everyone and if you can't keep it clean and usable, it speaks VOLUMES about your restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene.

Been there three times when I was there for a site visit in Fulbari, Siliguri.. first two times it was okay. No issue with foods and taste except too delay in delivering the order on the table. Last time we visited and ordered biriyani. While eating I noticed a small insect in food and I totally ignored it as I was hungry. Kept the cooked insect aside and concentrated on my food. Few minutes gone and I found a hair in the food. Called the waiter and showed him both the hair and insect. They tried to compensate by not taking the dish price and delivered gulab jamun. Recently I visited here when I got to know about this place 😍 it's a pure veg restaurant with lovely amambience, delicious food and great service ❤ Everything was upto the mark their food the food presentation and taste, also the service was on time 😊 I've tried their paneer makhni dosa , spring roll dosa, dimsum and many more all the dishes were so amazing in taste and food portion 😁 Also their refreshing drinks are must to beat this heat 🍸 They are also serving Srikhand for the 1st time in siliguri restaurant which was lajawab in taste 😋 The Indian chulha is a paradise for all the veg lovers a place to spend with your friends...
