worst experience to purchase from there. I done a deal two times in 2021. that time they send me a samples of tea ( some CTC, and flavors ). after I tasted I ordered 4 bags.. but when I received the items, have a big different. they send me autumn seasons product. after consulting with the owner he send me some samples. after that i have ordered 7 bags of tea with 2 bags of leaves. all CTC were sold . but the leaves are not sales totally.

in 2022 i taken some samples from there office, after tasted i order 5 bags but there have some different in leave (TGOF ). One think i assure that CTC were good with no doubt. leaves are not...

Worst company I ever seen my life, never deal with this company, there are actually fraud...the send me 80% broken items, and they claim extra money for broken item, they assured u for that your item gone be broken and they send you the broken piece...If you call them for everything is damaged there reply is "we told you product is going to total damaged during shipping" You don't pay extra 10% then We can't help... If u pay then we will give u some...

Worst experience ever, When i called them they were very rude to me and talking like they don't have time to talk even. I was trying to talk to them to start my own tea business but seriously they are very bad at...
