I have been visiting The Treat for 10 years, and the food quality is good, not astounding but good. However the ambience needs to improve. If you are a take away shop it's okay, but if you're asking people to seat and enjoy your snack then this place needs real renovation. Most of the times people will stand by your seat for you to finish up your meal so they get their turn to eat. It's a little uncomfortable. However of all the pros and cons the people who serve are really rude. The management can see that but keeps mum. On 21st April 2024 I had gone to buy an ice-cream bar at around 2.30. The person asked to attend me pushed me, stepped me on my feet, then elbowed me to move away so as to attend another customer, when I confronted you should be sorry for stepping my feet, he hustled me to move away and my feet away. I was only standing there in the middle of buying my bar of icecream. I left the Icecream bar thoroughly insulted and the owner was just mum. Wow!! 10 years of loyalty you just lost in minutes Mr Owner of The Treat. I will make sure of never visiting you people ever again and will make sure my family and chain of friends...
