In spite of growing quite fast as a town in the last two decades, Mathabhanga still lacks posh or cosy quality food joints. Options for going for a romantic dinner or eating out with friends are quite limited. In such a scenario, Trishna Restaurant is a saving grace for the town. This is the oldest resturant in Mathabhanga. They have upgraded their resturant recently. It looks totally new. I hope that the food quality will also be upgraded. But in one word it was worst. I ordered Chicken Chowmein. It was 3/10 in taste. The quantity was so small in compare to the price. I also ordered Chicken roll and wasted my 80 Rs.
