Wonderful place to spend time with friends, family or soulmate. Food and atmosphere of this place is too good. But on the first day I have experienced the poor service of this cafe when ordered a cup of tea for second time. They took the order but no response I have got from them for approximately 10 minutes. After that when I asked them for giving me the said order, they responded halfheartedly. I repeated atleast 4 times to give me the cup of tea, but then they said that it’s not possible to serve the tea cause they have no time to make a cup of tea for their busy schedule. Management should think about such type of irresponsible workers with halfhearted behaviour. I wanted to give 5 star rating, but for this reason I have given 4 star (3 Star for service but 5 star for food and atmosphere). I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was unprofessional and inattentive—long wait times, lack of communication, and no courtesy from the staff. The food quality was equally poor: it lacked freshness, flavor, and presentation. Unfortunately, nothing lived up to expectations. Definitely not worth the price or the time.
