Wow Bhojan — Restaurant in West Bengal

This is one of those restaurants where the atmosphere is truly unique. It is conveniently located next to the Asansol Railway Station and is easily accessible. This restaurant accepts online orders as well.

I decided to throw my daughter a small birthday party for about 30 people. After extensive research and negotiations, I discovered that this one stood out in terms of commutability and ambience, as it would provide my guests with an entirely new experience.

I was utterly mistaken in my expectations, and the Services I received from them astounded me. The Manager (Sanjay Chatterjee) had made several false promises that were never kept. Now, I'd like to call attention to a few of the items that stand out.

You should never consider throwing a small party in this air-conditioned restaurant that doubles as a train coach. It is claustrophobic and difficult to walk around because of the tables and chairs. The corridors in a train are wider, but they aren't here, so be cautious when moving about. Wow Bhojan is more concerned with short-term financial gains than with customer loyalty or long-term business prospects. Their main concern was making the most money possible from their first major event. I doubt anyone would consider throwing a party here. Quantity and consistency are moderate for small orders, but they falter dramatically for large orders. The portion size and taste/quality were both pathetic at this gathering. We had ordered 20 to 30 plates of each dish/item, which should have been enough for my guests, but the Manager and Team only delivered about half of what we had requested. The appetisers were fine, but the main course was abysmal, with half-cooked food. For example, the Fish Fry was half cooked, the Mixed Fried Rice appeared to be Vegetable Rice, the Chicken was chewy and tasteless, and the Ice Cream was served in soup bowls because it had melted. It was a disappointment in terms of both quality and quantity. The Manager had the idea of making a profit by duping us by using unethical methods. Furthermore, the planning was tainted because the majority of my guests complained the next day of stomach aches and upset stomach. So, if you go to this place, be prepared to see a doctor the next day. I intended to have a unique experience for my visitors, but the exact opposite occurred. I was humiliated that this establishment and its boss had failed me. Who serves melted ice cream and expects payment? Dear Manager, I'd like my money back as a result of the experience you provided me with. Before I wrap up my analysis, I'd like to point out a few positive aspects. The ambiance and decor were adequate, and the appetisers were tasty but insufficient in quantity.

You are the best judges, so I would strongly advise anyone You are the best judges, but I would not suggest hosting any parties here or even considering...

The behaviour of the staff, maintenance, food quantity and quality everything is brilliant. It's a lovely experience. The price is also reasonable keeping in mind that it is the first restaurant of its kind inside a renovated and designed train compartment set up just outside Asansol Railway...

It is also a very good restaurant..Non- veg & veg both items are available here & also available different varieties of comboes..It is newly opened but the quality of food is very good...I love the various kinds of comboes..Well decorated..Concept was also very good...First ever restaurant...
