You have to go there during Durga Puja time just because you don't have many options left here in Raniganj. But honestly speaking, items are overpriced as per their quality. Chicken biryani is just some spiced rice served on top of chicken curry. No taste no flavour at all. Chicken Handi which was supposed to be spicey and delicious, turned out to be like chicken dopyaza with lots of onion in it. It was tasteless in one word. Paneer kadhai was some rubbery small pieces of paneer in same type of tomato onion based gravy. What I understood, they have the same gravy half done for all the items. Whatever you order, they just put the same thing on your plate. Masala kulcha was just some potato filling without any veggies. That too is not well spread. That's the reason behind it became rubbery at sides. Chicken lollypop is the only item that is up to the mark if you compare it with its price. Worst Experience at Zaika Restaurant, Raniganj

I had one of the most disappointing experiences here. The so-called biryani is nothing but half a bowl of plain rice mixed with some chicken masala — absolutely no taste, no aroma, and certainly not Dum Biryani. The chicken lollipop was served in a half bowl and felt completely unsatisfying. On top of that, the cold drink tasted expired and flat, which made it worse.

Cleanliness is another big issue — the place is poorly maintained and far from hygienic. To add insult to injury, the prices are highly overrated for such poor quality food and service.

I had a terrible experience at Zaika restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, the behaviour of the Manager was too rude and the food was bland and lacking in flavor. The ambiance was also subpar, making it an overall unpleasant dining experience. Despite placing an order through Swiggy at 9pm, they shockingly denied delivering it.
