Hatimys — Restaurant in Zone 5 Royapuram

I had been longing to visit Hatimys for a long time, a restaurant renowned for its specialization in Bohri cuisine. Located within a 250-meter walk from Mannady metro, Hatimys opens its doors only in the evenings. With a compact and neat ambiance, it can accommodate around 20 people. I ordered Hatimys' signature dishes, including the Hatimys special tandoori chicken, Crispy chicken, Irani full leg, and Malai tikka. Every bite was a revelation, as the chicken was incredibly fresh and juicy. The unique in-house sauces set these dishes apart, enhancing the flavors and adding a distinct touch to each preparation. The Malai tikka and special tandoori chicken were absolute standouts. While the masala in the crispy chicken was flavorful, I wasn't a fan of the outer layer. However, finding parking nearby can be a challenge, although the Mannady metro parking is a convenient alternative. They also serve Iftar snacks during the holy month of Ramzan Overall, Hatimys has firmly established itself as one of my favorite restaurants. One of my most favourite go to restaurant♥️😍. They’re so good in providing quality foods🔥. Compact ambiance with good service. I’ve ordered almost all of their signature foods… Crispy Chicken, Finger Chicken, Chicken Mayo roll, Hatimy’s spl Tandoori Chops, Shangai Chops, Spl.Chicken friend rice, Hatimy’s Spl Chilli Chicken. Everything was so good fried rice n chilli chicken was average. All other foods were🤩 finger licking sooo goood🤤😋! Loved their Hatimy’s Tandoori Chops was so juicy mutton meal was cooled properly the ultimate thing is their topping sauce which is prepared by their chefs with secret ingredients❤️, Shangai Chops so good♥️😋 the same tasty topping sauce 👅🤩. Crispy chicken was so crispy woow with their dips it was 🤩😍🤤 vera level…must try♥️ Finger Chicken, Chicken Mayo Roll was soo soo good perfectly cooked, their stuffs♥️😍 woow🤤 one of the best food I’ve had. Request everyone to visit “Hatimy’s” located in Mannady, can park car in metro parkings which is safe and best option..!

I’ve been a regular at Hatimy's for quite some time, and it’s always been my go-to place. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I visited on 05/02/25, and despite the pleasant meal I had, the service has significantly worsened. One major issue I faced was with something as basic as hot drinking water. I had a cold and was suffering from it, so I requested hot water several times. Sadly, every time my request was denied. This is something a restaurant should be able to offer without hesitation, especially when they care about their customers' comfort.

I ordered a few items: Water (₹20), Chicken Manchurian Noodles (₹220), Lasooni Tikka Roll (₹140), and Irani Chicken Full Egg (₹180). The food, as always, was tasty, but the overall experience was soured by the lack of attentiveness to customer requests.

I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service, especially when it comes to customer care. I used to recommend it to many, but now I find myself reconsidering.
