A complaint about Your store in korrattur.Chennai, I had ordered for a home delivery and the bill amounted for rs307/- and i was assured that the delivery will happen around 30 minutes by a madam who received the call. when i had called them back after 30 minutes to check on the delivery status they wanted more 45 minutes to deliver as there is some scheme called BOGO going on. Spoke to the manger ( I guess ) named Joshi / gopinath and there response was rude and arrogant and were very happy to cancel the order. If you guys cant deliver as per said then why the hell do u take orders. if u guys would have said the proper deliver time at the time of ordering then i would not wasted time in ordering with you guys. Again the person on the other side does not have common sense in saying that my address does not come in there circle which is hardly 2 kms from the outlet and in turn referring to another outlet which is 7-8 kms from my address. this is not the first time i am getting this kind of treatment from this branch Domino's Pizza, Chennai guys if you cant give a proper service and response then my suggestion would be is close and get out of the business. i am writing this at around 3pm noon time. and very hungry . thanks to you pathetic service i m still hungry....

Pretext: A swiggy order but delivered by dominos guys. Ordered a simple garlic bread, cheese dip and choco lava.

At the time of delivery: The dominos delivery guy got the phone to tell me where to rate (which I thought was for timely delivery) but later noticed that he rated the food and that too a five star 😐 Shouldn't the customer rate the food after having the food? I am surprised how this is okay. How Unprofessional and indecent. I guess the store managers pressure them?

Quality of the food: I've always loved Dominos for their quality and I do have some fond memories when I go to or get food from Dominos. But I guess quality fades over time in the name of timely delivery? I ordered from this outlet through Swiggy after more than a month of thinking. I was very hungry and all I got was a disoriented piece of maida bread with very less garlic powder + oregano sprinkled in the center. Which means the remaining parts of the bread were unimaginably bland. Choco lava was barely average.

What happened to the quality these days. What happened to "food is emotion". Good memories broken. Never going back to Dominos ever again 💔

Worst place in terms of delivery. Any issue & write up a complaint, every time, the customer care cal centre cals & asks for an apology which is nvr rely apologised as they continue doing the same for even 4th or 5th time. Only pizza was delivered. No oregano seasoning, no chilli flakes. Kids wer very excited & placed the order. Bt ended up in complete disappointment. When asked the delivery boy for the seasonings, first of al no reply, when stressed on the seasoning packets the as usual reply saying the packets are gone missing. The delivery boy said he will get the packets. The delivery was made @ 10.10 & now the timing is 10.40. Nobody to answer the phone cals @ the restaurant. The delivery boy who promised to bring the seasoning packets gone missing. Kids still waiting for the seasonings without which the pizza jus sucks. Worst ever service. Never ever wish to get...
