We had lunch there. 1230pm start of lunch time. South Indian meal and North Indian meal. South Indian meal: The sambar, and curries were loaded to cups in plate, long time back. They were cold. Rice is unlimited, so gets served out of a hot box. But cold rice. We are not of person who eats heaps and heaps of rice. Pleasure of eating portion of hot rice, with hot sambar, hot poriyal, hot koottu is lost.
North Indian meal: A butter naan, tandoori roti, 3 gravies, basmathi rice, a big cube of paneer served with roasted paapad kept under the naan and roti, so it became a paapad cloth to tear it to swallow instead savouring a crispy paapad.
Not sure if PS4 team eats, they accept this kind of cold meal, cloth like paapad in a restaurant if they go for eating.
In the name of time saving, hoteliers just kill the pleasure of enjoying a warm good meal by loading koottu poriyal sambar rasam in cups before customer arrives, spoiling their own brand name eventually. We have enjoyed excellent hot veg meals plus crispy paapad in a restaurant near Kasi theatre who set and followed such great serving standards in the catering industry for long. Worst ever experience had ever in my lifetime, even the non established hotel / restaurant will treat people in a good manners.
I had ISSUE with a SUPERVISOR named Mr.RAVI. working in Perambur Srinivasa Ambattur branch.
I have ordered mini tiffin and unfortunately vada is over which is in mini tiffen combo list "whose mistake is this? ".. they substituted it with kesari which i don't eat, so i asked the waiter " can you give a extra dosa instead of kesari? " waiter said no.
I know the waiters have some limit they can't change the rules on their own, so i asked waiter to call supervisor to ask the same request of dosa in place of kesari. He didn't even attended me, and in a rude manner told " mini tiffen order is over do you want anything else? in a public forum" . Do we i just came to eat food for free, do know how embarrassing it is...this how you treat a customer?
I saw the reviews and seem like the review team also does care about the reviews we are posting and actions has not been done to change about the complaints.
I want necessary action to be taken on him because this is not about taste , it's about embarrassment of a customer or else I'm going to contact the MAIN BRANCH...
Read moreOne of the worst branches of PS4 is Ambattur branch I would say. It's there just to spoil the reputation of PS4. If authorities see this, plz look into this issue and take adequate changes in order to avoid bringing down your name. We had lunch at AC hall today. Worst service was provided. They were so lethargic in taking order, then delayed so much time in bringing the meal, that also was bearable but entirely they had skipped placing the required food items which they had promised to keep in the meal we ordered. We placed order for Bombay meal, whereas none of the items except for one sweet was as mentioned in that menu card or display table. They did not place any of the sabjis as mentioned. They did not even place a pappad . Upon asking the same, they gave lame excuses and placed a South Indian appalam only after asking thrice that too by the time they got that, we had done with eating itself. I know it's hard and time consuming also, for that they could have easily mentioned in beginning itself that the meal we ordered was unavailable. Simply looting money and providing sub standard services is not acceptable. We give money for the service you provide. So please act responsible. Kindly change this sort of attitude hereon atleast.
