First time visit because of that viral pompeii pizza, which unfortunately sold out. So, we ordered another menu : coffee, zuppa soup, chicken cordon bleu, sphagetti aglio olio & carbonara. The drinks served fast, and the coffee taste quite good. We waited around 45 mins for the food, and when I asked the server, they forgot about it. I decided to cancel my order, don't care if the food had been cooked or not. But when the server asked the kitchen, they still did not make it! Waited 2 hours for our food to come after ordering. No apologies. When we complain they just point out that we are only one of many people complaining.

Everything we come, it is like this. This is worse than normal (normally one hour or so to get food). Everything my wife and I promise each other we will never come again.

Then the food comes and it is good. And we get tricked into coming again another time.
