Location is a bit secluded, I recommend to ask around if you did not find the yellow karimata sign.

The restaurant has a very small path, and a decent but limited parking space, be sure to take account how many vehicles are entering the premises. Also, there are no air conditioners here, only fans.

Second floor has “lesehan” table style. And the lower floors has a table style. It is often quite crowded, especially on the second floor.

We ordered several dishes, including kulit tahu goreng, gurami goreng, patin bamboo, ikan teri, and tempe. But the patin bamboo is the recommended dish.

The patin bamboo is unique, the fish taste wonderful along with the spices. Remember to remove the bones in the middle and eat the rest of the fish at the bottom.

The grilled patin in bamboo was delicious. This is what you come here for. It’s a bit pricey at 160 per item but you can feed up to 4 people with it. At least 4 people that have a normal appetite not big eaters. Can’t say much about the other menu items since I only ordered the fish and ayam goreng sambal matah, which was a huge mistake. Stay away from the chicken dishes it was dry and tasteless, totally overcooked like it was from days ago. The rice was beautifully cooked, I hate mushy rice and dry rice, this was fluffy and nice. The patin bamboo comes steaming hot. Give it some time to cool and you’ll actually get a more flavorful fish. The spices really seeps into the fish once it’s cooled. Didn't have time to take pictures because we focused on food and the atmosphere of the family gathering while here. The restaurant is said to be with the taste of Kalimantan cuisine. The first time here, when it rains, the atmosphere is comfortable, but a bit crowded because maybe it is a weekend and includes a long holiday. The typical food served is catfish cooked in bamboo, the portions are large, serving 4-5 adults.
