I had high hopes for Ayam Sambel Bejek Blayu, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The dish was dominated by too much kecombrang, which overpowered the overall flavor rather than enhancing it. On top of that, the portion of chicken was quite small, making the balance between protein and seasoning feel off.

Tempat ini sering seliweran di media sosial. Karna kebetulan lewat Marga, akirnya saya ingin nyoba makan disini. Kebetulan saya suka semua yang pakai kecombrang. Sambal kecombrangnya menurut saya wajib pedes supaya tambah mantab, karena irisan kecombrangnya tipis, jadi ini berasa enak, engga over aromanya, dan dikasi ayam sisit, sambal matah dan minyak kelapa bali, ini mantab, cuma kalau menurut saya, sambal nya kurang sedikit saja minyak kelapanya, supaya aroma nya lebih mantap. Untuk teman makan nya ada kuah soto, isi sayur tauge dan sayur hijau sedikit ayam, serta tum ati. Sayang agak sedikit asin menurut saya, jadi kurang berasa kaldu. Jika dicampur semua pakai nasi, memang cocok dan gurih seger kecombrang di mulut. Tum nya saya kurang suka karena mungkin bercampur ada sedikit tulang ayam halus. Porsi keseluruhan pas, engga sedikit engga kebanyakan. Parkir mobil agak sulit, tapi lokasi gampang ditemui karena di pinggir jalan raya. Harga ramah di kantong.
