We had such a wonderful and memorable experience, far beyond what we expected! The coffee process guide was incredibly informative and educational. We learned so much about the journey of coffee, from the planting and harvesting of the beans all the way to the roasting and brewing process. The guide explained everything in a very clear and engaging way, and we left with a completely new appreciation for every cup of coffee we drink.

After that, we participated in a cooking class that was not only fun, but also very hands-on and educational. Everything was conducted in English, which was perfect for us, and the instructor made sure everyone felt involved and comfortable. We learned step-by-step how to prepare the dishes ourselves, and we even picked up some new techniques and ingredients that we’ll definitely use at home. The best part was sitting down together at the end and enjoying the food we had prepared, which turned out absolutely delicious!

The entire afternoon was both entertaining and enriching. It was the perfect mix of learning, doing, and enjoying. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who’s curious about coffee, food, culture, or just looking for a meaningful and fun way to spend a few hours. Five stars...

We visited De Koffie after a short hike to Banyumala Twin Waterfalls, and it was one of the best decisions we have taken on our trip to Bali.

As a coffee enthusiast, I had hoped to learn about the classical Balinese coffee production during our visit, and this was exactly the right place to go.

The hospitable owner of the Warung and farm, Kadek, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and an incredible host. He gave us a fascinating tour of his coffee farm, where we had the chance to see both his robusta plants and the various arabica varieties he cultivates.

Kadek explained the different stages of coffee production in detail, from planting and harvesting to grafting techniques used to improve plant quality and the process of selling the harvest. He patiently answered all our questions, providing us with a deeper understanding of what it means to be a farmer in Bali.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a truly delicious meal prepared by Kadeks' wife.

This visit was not only educational but also a genuinely personal and enriching experience. We left with an increased appreciation for Balinese coffee and the dedication it takes to produce it.

If you’re in the area and looking for an authentic and memorable experience, we highly recommend a visit...

Today, we had the wonderful opportunity to experience traditional Balinese cuisine in the most authentic way. The meal began with a delicious soup, followed by a beautifully presented main course, and concluded with a traditional dessert and coffee. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, reflecting the rich culinary heritage of Bali.

The setting was equally impressive—deeply rooted in Balinese culture and ambiance. Our host was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable, speaking several languages with ease, which made the experience even more enriching.

The quality of the food was exceptional—on par with, if not better than, what you’d find in high-end restaurants, yet offered at a much more reasonable price. It was a true culinary gem.

We were brought here by our wonderful guide, Novi, to whom we’re very grateful. This experience was a highlight of our trip, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. You...
