Kedai Kopi Nau Temukus — Restaurant in Bali

Whilst it wasn't the worst food I've ever eaten, they were small portions and undercooked food- noodles still very hard. The customer service was terrible! No order to service and people left waiting for a long time before being served. Was told "food sold out" when i tried to order, yet other people were being served. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I believe much of the items on the menu had, indeed sold out and there was no rice available. After watching numerous people walk in and out the store and order food I again attempted to order, this time pointing to exactly what the people before me had ordered on the menu, only again to be sold out! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I finally got served, by pointing to all the items one by one, until something was available! Place is conformtable but the attitude of the worker a woman is terrible. She is making faces and soooo unfriendly. She even rejected to make the food with an excuse of "there are only 2 workers right now and we don't make food" (which I believed is pire laziness).

I ordered Large size Kopi Melek and tastes like pure water. The price on the menu was also not the same. It was advertised as 11.000 but I got charged 16.000

Obviously this place doesn't care for the clients as there is no service standard beimg uphold to make sure the workers are hospitable.

Agak kecewa sama pelayanan di Nau yang satu ini. Di cabang lain pelayanan selalu prima dan ramah, di cabang yg ini agak kurang memuaskan. Banyak stok menu yang kosong, pelayanan tidak ramah dan tidak kooperatif, tidak ada pembayaran elektronik padahal di depan tertera pembayaran via BRI on atau Ovo. Semoga pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan mengingat lokasinya yg sangat strategis di depan...
