Mailaku Roemah Nongkrong — Restaurant in Bali

I've visited this place 2 times for having our dinner with high expectations since this place is popular with their western food. Their food is good btw, however, after having our main, we decided to try their dessert, after ordering our dessert, we realized that the waiter didn't clear up the dirty dishes, so we asked the beautiful lady to clear it up, instead of taking the dirty dishes away, she rudely said that somebody else will take care of it. I mean like wow, my BF already arrange the plate for her and she rejected it? What is so hard by accepting the plate and drive away? Since they have a good food, we decided to come again and guest what? Having problem with the same waitress, again?? I guest it was bcs I sat on her area, which is outside, near the menu outlet. This time, i asked her to take our dessert order, and after she was done with the order she leave like, byeeee, without saying anything, without repeating our order, or without saying thank you!!! She is clearly uneducated waitress compared to the other guy, who took our main order earlier, he is even sweeter than her, so Mailaku, come on, you have such a good food, but all of that will be meaningless if you have such a rude...

It is Manis Galungan, it is crowded. Wifi did not work properly and unable to surf the net; ordered chicken steak and dressing salad with hot tea and fresh juice. We were ghosted.... I mean we waited more than 40 minutes for our meals, we called the waitress regarding our order, but did not come with any news. Busy night or crowded should not be an excuse of delaying food. Chicken steak arrived, it was well done and its warm.... not hot. French fries were also warm. The hot plate is also warm, mean it was not taken directly when is cooked. The vegetables in the steak are OK (tasted ok, a good european taste). The salad is fresh but too much dressing .... Upon paying the bills, we saw the kitchen and the team. They are chit-chating (Ngerumpi - with the group/ team in the kitchen and the cook; that answered my question why they are delaying our order. Overall, if you are hungry, please rethink to be served quickly.... Sorry folks. We were on table 7 from 19.07, ordered at 19.12.... served at 19.58.... I lost 1st half of soccer match waiting my meal....

I always love to eat for lunch and dinner here. Although the staff aren't smiling and sometimes no one's at the cashier, so you need to wait for staff to come to the cashier to pay for the food, I think they're helpful enough as waitresses and cashiers. Once, their QRIS and card payment were in trouble (so they only accepted cash) and I didn't bring any cash, they let me go get some money first from the ATM machine. They allowed me to do that by taking my identity card as a guarantee. You just need to be careful during busy hours, such as lunch and dinner time. It can get so busy that you won't find any tables. The coffee is great too. They seem to have a collaboration with Key Coffee. Only one problem here is the toilet. I saw the paper sign a long time ago and it seems they haven't even...
